Experience a New England tradition: turning sap into syrup at Ambler Farm. The history and process of making syrup is fascinating and visitors can get a hands on view of the process during Ambler Farm’s Maple Syrup Open House. Kids and families will have an opportunity to tap a tree; take the maple syrup taste test; learn about Native American, colonial, and modern methods of making syrup; and, of course, taste Ambler Farm’s very own maple syrup over vanilla ice cream.
The Open House will be held on the next two Saturdays, March 5 and March 12, at 1-2 p.m..
Bottles of Ambler Farm Maple Syrup will be available for sale. This event is free and open to the public.
