Bright Horizons at Wilton is hosting a one-hour workshop for parents designed to help teach their babies to love sleep. The workshop will feature Ingrid Prueher, founder of the Baby Sleep Whisperer and host of ‘Baby Sleep 911’ web TV series.

The workshop is being held at Bright Horizons on Wednesday, March 11 from 5-6 p.m.. Bright Horizons is located at 7 Godfrey Pl..

Prueher will give parents tips to help their children start sleeping better no matter how old a child is. Prueher will teach the “five layer cake approach” to successful sleeping habits for children.

“We understand how challenging it can be for parents to get their children to sleep, and therefore, we invited Ingrid Prueher, an expert on sleep issues, to come to talk to the families about sleep issues. We are always looking for ways to support families and help them resolve issues,” said Cindy Schacht, center director of the Wilton Bright Horizons.
