CORRECTED DATE: As part of an ongoing effort to provide added value to the community, Bankwell in Wilton will host a free seminar today, Wednesday, Nov. 16 from 12-1 p.m. on the theme, “Finding Balance: Mothering Teens and Yourself.” The seminar will be presented by counselor and prevention specialist and Ram Council Foundation president Joyce Sixsmith at the bank’s 47 Old Ridgefield Rd. branch. A light lunch will be served.
Sixsmith will lead a discussion on effectively parenting teens, and the program will span topics such as physical and emotional health, home life, finances, job and relationship satisfaction, exercise, social life, parenting issues and more. Sixsmith will also share tools for change and provide resource packets.
