The Wilton Democratic Town Committee (DTC) will hear Secretary of State Denise Merrill as keynote speaker at its annual spring breakfast this Saturday, April 6, and will also welcome several key party figures as guests, including Senator Richard Blumenthal.

Among the other high-profile Democrats expected to attend the breakfast are State Senator Will Haskell, CT Comptroller Kevin Lembo, CT Attorney General William Tong, and Jacqueline Kozin, executive director of the Connecticut Democratic Party.

Merrill will provide insights on “Elections: Expanding and Securing the Vote,” which will cover the Secretary’s early voting proposal and related thoughts about increasing voter participation, as well as cyber security and its role in elections.
