
Come and celebrate Chinese New Year at the Wilton Library! 2014 marks the Year of the Horse. Chinese Astrology says that people born in a Horse Year are wise, talented and perceptive. They are highly independent and like to perform.
The Library’s celebration will be held Friday, Jan. 31 from 4-5 p.m. There will be Chinese stories, entertainment and crafts and the program will finish with a dragon parade around the library. Registration is required, and the program is appropriate for children in Grades Kindergarten and up. Caregivers of children under 8-years-old must stay with child; for children over 8-years-old, caregivers must remain in the building.
