Only two real estate transactions were recorded in Wilton’s housing market last week, as the fall temps mirror the cool-off in house sales. The two properties that changed hands–and for how much–are listed here:

  • Toll CT II Limited Partnership sold 1 River Ridge Ln. to Danzil and Charlene Perkins for $1,350,300.
  • James and Ruth Ann Horner sold 14 Robin Ln. to Robert and Lenore Eggleston Herbst for $920,000 (pictured above).
