Yana Giannoutsos: On behalf of the Class of 2024, it is our honor and privilege to present our class gift. This year, we will be working with the PTSA to gift the high school a new entrance sign by the Catalpa Rd. entrance.

We hope that the sign will be a reminder to future Wilton High School students of our class, serving as a symbol of school pride and identity. All remaining funds will be donated to St. Baldrick’s, a charity committed to researching and finding cures for childhood cancer. St. Baldricks is a charity that is very important to the recently retired Mr. [Dann] Pompa.

Caroline Luce: Mr. Pompa is a beloved school and town community member who has made an indelible mark on countless students’ lives. He served as a guidance counselor and advisor to the class of 2024, and nearly all of us have developed a personal connection with him at some point in our high school careers. He worked alongside students and organized the St. Baldrick’s events at the high school each year, so it is only fitting that we remember his immense contributions to our community as we present this gift. Lastly, we would like to introduce [Senior Class President] Shawn Gregory, who will be delivering the closing remarks. Thank you.
