It’s a ‘new’ start for a long-time Wilton restaurateur.
Last week, Tony Ramadani made his newly redone restaurant–the Red Rooster Pub–official, hosting a red ribbon cutting ceremony at his eatery with the Wilton Chamber of Commerce. First Selectwoman Lynne Vanderslice had the honor of cutting the ribbon at the Center Street spot on Tuesday, July 23.
Guests, including Chamber members, town officials, Red Rooster employees and customers celebrated the renovated restaurant with some of the favorite plates off the new menu. Ramadani shuttered Portofino, his former restaurant at the location, in March, to update the interiors and menu offerings to match two other Red Rooster locations he owns–the original in Newtown and a second spot in Ridgefield.
