Wilton Center Dentistry announced recently that they have welcomed Dr. Viviane T. Trinh as a new associate who has joined the practice. The office, owned by James T. Aris, DMD, MAGD, will now offer patients expanded hours, including evening hours until 7 p.m. on Tuesdays and on Fridays from 7 a.m.-4 p.m..
“Dr. Trinh is an exceptional general dentist, and is passionate about taking a comprehensive and preventative approach to achieving life-long oral health, and is accomplished in the latest techniques and developments in dentistry. We hope you get the chance to meet her soon,” Aris says.
Trinh began her career as a dentist after receiving Honors Cum Laude with her Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Science and Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from the University of Connecticut. She also minored in Business Administration and Molecular Cell Biology. She went on to graduate from University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine where she received her Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD).
Throughout her career, Trinh has received many honors, including the John W. Valerie Health Professions Scholar. She additionally now serves on the steering committee for the Rowe Health Professions Scholar Program. Trinh is also devoted to giving back to the community. She provides dental health education to adolescents and dental care to underserved areas overseas on service trips. She additionally volunteers with Special Olympics, Operation Smile and Mission of Mercy. Trinh is an advocate of promoting oral healthcare and is committed to being on the council for dental legislation.
A native of Connecticut, she enjoys ballet, skiing and spending time with family and friends in her spare time.
