Let your children explore the trucks they see on the road. Wilton’s 5th Annual Touch-A-Truck Community Event takes place on Saturday, Sept. 19 from 11 a.m.–3 p.m. at Middlebrook Middle School, 131 School Rd.. The event takes place rain or shine.

This community-wide event, hosted by the Children’s Day School of Wilton, will feature pony rides, “Roaming Railroad,” a bouncy house, face painting, concessions, musical entertainment, and more than twenty trucks!

Visitors will be able to sit on, climb on and explore many types of trucks and other types of vehicles. Admission is $30 per family. As it has done in the past, Touch-A-Truck will feature a silent hour from 11 a.m. to noon, when there will be no loud noises to frighten sensitive youngsters.

Organizers say that many sponsors are responsible for the growth of Touch-a-Truck in Wilton this year. Premier sponsors include Aggreko, ASML, and News 12 Connecticut.
