Earlier this week we posted a list of land transfers that took place at the end of December. The town clerk’s office released five additional property sales after that article published. Here follows the list of the final real estate transactions that took place in Wilton in 2015 (including address and sale price):

  • Thomas and Kimberly Burns sold 19 Wilridge Rd. to Honglei Zhou and Jie Cheng for $845,000.
