Congratulations are due to Wilton businessman Jeff Snyder, whose Norwalk-based Inspira Marketing was one of 25 businesses just named to Forbes Magazine‘s “Best Small Companies of 2019” list. The accolade appears in the May 31, 2019 issue of the magazine, and is online now.
The list recognizes small, privately-owned companies that, “value greatness over fast growth…and share a commitment to being the best at what they do, providing stellar service to customers, offering employees fulfilling, rewarding work and being vital members of their communities.”
That description fits Snyder to a T. He founded his company just over 10 years ago as an experiential marketing company with a heart–motivated and ‘inspired’ (hence the name) to give a portion of its proceeds to fight pediatric cancer, something Snyder’s daughter was diagnosed with at age 2. The company supports many causes, and the team puts the same amount of passion and inspiration into working for non-profit organizations as it does for for-profit clients.
It also promotes a corporate culture of creativity, support and fun, and as the company’s promo reel shows (below), offers a workplace environment where even clients say they want to come work.
Since starting in 2008, Snyder and his associates have grown the business to one that employees 300 people in four offices (New York, San Francisco, Chicago and Norwalk) and brought in $71 million in revenues in 2018.
