Each week the Wilton town clerk’s office distributes information and data on the prior week’s real estate sales. For the time period between Jan. 6-12, there were four Wilton homes that changed hands. Those properties that sold were (including address, sale price and photo, where available):
- Ian Farrison sold 112 Kensett Dr. to Mariusz Boguski and Martin Michalczyk for $350,000.
- David and Maryellen Basile sold 94 Middlebrook Farm Rd. to Shea and Elizabeth Wallon for $1,547,000.
- Christopher and Caitlin Swann sold 236 New Canaan Rd. to Jennifer Roberti for $784,000.
- Sherry Paulson sold 60 Turtleback Rd. to Bryan Flemming and Katharin Paulson for $400,000.
