Each week the Wilton town clerk distributes information about the prior week’s real estate sales. For the week of Feb. 3-9, the following four sales took place and were recorded by town clerk:

  • Theodore and Vicki Darnall sold 405 Belden Hill Rd. to Leonard and Lori Blum for $1,507,250.
  • Andrew and Laura Smith sold 116 Thunder Lake Rd. to Stephen and Denise Fritz for $700,000.
  • The estate of John Driscoll sold 195 Cannon Rd. to Richard Watson and Meredith MacLaine for $352,500.
  • Marcella Driscoll and Susan Lyons sold 195 Cannon Rd. to Richard Watson and Meredith MacLaine for $352,500.
