Last week saw four land transfers in Wilton, according to the town clerk’s office. They were (address and price included):

  • Laurie Bernegger Revocable Trust sold a parcel of land on Honey Hill Rd. to Richard Gibbons for $75,000.
  • Laurie Deilus sold a parcel of land on Honey Hill Rd. to Richard Montanaro for $75,000.
  • Sarah Stout sold 239 Ridgefield Rd. to Ryan and Patricia Carrington for $1,429,000 (pictured).
  • People’s United Bank sold 127 Whipstick Rd. to Steven Luciano and Alison Fischer for $574,000.
