Get a “Check Up from the Neck Up”

Each October the Southwest Regional Mental Health Board (SWRMHB) sponsors Wellness Month across the region, offering free mental health screenings as well as information and resources to the community. This Monday, Oct. 2 from 9 a.m.-12:30 p.m. SWRMHB will host a table in the Wilton Family Y lobby.

Sarah Heath, the new director of Wilton Social Services, along with Wilton resident Genevieve Eason of SWRMBH will be available Monday morning with information and questionnaires for mental health screenings. They invite the community to stop by and get a “check up from the neck up.”
