Each week the Wilton Town Clerk’s office releases data for the prior week’s real estate transactions. From Friday, Oct. 23 through Thursday, Oct. 29, 2026, Town Clerk Lori Kaback reported five properties that changed hands.

Important: Please note that the Town Clerk’s report contains limited information. For details, read the document on file in the Wilton Town Clerk’s office. These land transfer reports are available on the town website and are publicly available information.

GMW makes an effort to find current photos from recent real estate listings, websites such as Zillow.com, or mapping services such as Google Maps. In some cases, photos may be from previous real estate listings or town appraisal/land records.

Key Highlight: Five homes sold this week for $5.36 million, including one house of historical significance on Hurlbutt Street.

The longtime residence of Reed A. Carpenter, 97 Hurlbutt St. is a well preserved testament to early 20th century Colonial Revivals. Carpenter was a local carpenter who occupied the home with his wife, Marthana and daughter, Edith, who was a public school teacher. Some time in the mid-1950s, this property was passed on to Charles N. Granville (Treasurer of Angelique & Co. Perfume) and his wife, Mary. (Source: Wilton Historical Society)
