Last week, Wilton’s real estate market saw several high-priced homes change hands. The properties that were sold, according to the weekly land transfer data provided by the town clerk’s office, were (including photo, when available, as well as sale price and involved parties):

  • Martin and Lisa Walsh sold 95 Old Boston Rd. to Jangle and Brian Scanlon for $1,925,000.
  • William and Elizabeth Raftery sold 37 Oak Ledge Ln. to Victoria Gullotti-Mazzella for $770,000.
  • Thomas and Anne Pratt sold 43 Trails End Rd. to W. Lawson and Amy McWhorter for $1,311.650.
