Zion’s Hill Preschool Hosting Free Children’s Concert

Zion’s Hill Preschool is inviting families with preschool-aged children to a  “Sun-tastic” Summer Concert on Tuesday, Aug. 11 from 10-11:30 a.m.. The concert will feature a live, outdoor musical performance by Ray of Music for AardvarksA professional musician and dad, Ray’s performances are energetic, silly and fun, and rooted in play-based learning.

Following the concert guests can stay and play on the school’s playground and meet other parents with young children at this community wide event. Snacks, refreshments, and fun for all ages are promised by organizers.

Green Main Organics Launches Organic Skin Care Line

Green Maid Organics is pleased to announce the launch of La Pomme, an all natural and organic skin care line featuring 35 products. In conjunction with the new product line is the launch of the web site www.LaPommeNaturelle.com. The site features an ecommerce section along with an informative weekly blog.

The line’s manufacturing lab is located inside the retail boutique on Rt.7 in Georgetown, and everything is made right in front of customers (behind glass). Green Maid Organics operates the only state-licensed lab (drug and cosmetic) making all organic and natural products.

Central Catholic HS 1965 Reunion

The Central Catholic High School Class of 1965 is planning to hold its 50th Reunion on Saturday evening, Oct. 17 from 6-11 p.m.. The Reunion will be held at The Shore and Country Club, 220 Gregory Blvd., East Norwalk.

The Reunion Committee is still looking for many of classmates. If you are a graduate of the Class of 1965 and interested in attending, contact the Committee via email or visit the reunion website.

The CCHS Classes of ’63, ’64, ’66 and ’67 are also invited to attend.
