To the Editor:
I am writing in support of GOOD Morning Wilton’s fundraising efforts to be able to sustain the quality journalism that they have been able to provide to Wilton residents and former residents for many years.
As a former resident of Wilton for 63 years, I can’t tell you how wonderful it is to be able to open GOOD Morning Wilton every morning and catch up on the news and activities of a great community like Wilton along with following friends and former business associates.
Across the country, it has become increasingly difficult for small towns to have daily media coverage. Wilton is so fortunate to have GMW, and we need to support their efforts so that we can continue to be kept up on what is happening in the town.
I urge everyone to support GMW and give to them whatever you feel comfortable with. Every dollar helps to sustain this wonderful organization.
