LiveGirl is returning to Trackside Teen Center with its program of empowerment and self-discover for middle school girls on Wednesdays at 4-5:15 p.m. beginning Feb. 7. After a sold-out fall program, spaces are limited for the spring session as only one group will be offered, led by mentor Sara Nelson.

The goals of this session will be to encourage self-discovery of each participants inner LiveGirl, so that upon completion of the program she is prepared to LIVE the organization’s leadership values.

  • LIVE your true self: Love yourself, believe in yourself, and embrace your original, unique self.
  • LIVE brave: Embody resilience and perseverance to overcome obstacles; stand up and speak out for what you believe in.
  • LIVE kind: Connect positively with yourself and others and have a positive impact on the world around you.
  • LIVE your power: Identify and leverage your inner powers; activate and self-empower to make a difference.

Registration and more information can be found on the LiveGirl website, but sign up soon, as registration closes this Friday, Jan. 26.
