“Six” seems to be the magic number when it comes to real estate transactions in Wilton, as last week saw that many homes change hands.  Here’s a list of the homes that were bought and sold, as well as what the sell prices were.

  • Eugenio and Ann Rodriguez sold 175 Pipers Hill Rd. to David and Rebecca Perlman for $820,000. (pictured above)
  • The Marian Kilbride Estate sold 19 Lee Allen Ln. to Arek Rutkowski for $435,000.
  • Toll CT II Limited Partnership sold 15 River Ridge Ln. to Malcolm and Arnold Chase for $1,342,000.
  • John Wyman sold 6 Village Walk to Christopher and Mary Grace Hahn for $221,500.
  • Frank and Kelly Farrell sold 7 Dark Pond Tr. to Robert and Marcia Marafioti for $928,000.
  • Sean Owens sold 282 Mountain Rd. to Thomas and Carolyn Deane for $710,000.
