Wilton’s real estate market saw a cool down that mirrored the chilly weather in 2015’s first week–only two house sales were recorded by the Town Clerk’s office. According to the stats provided by the town clerk, the sales (addresses and closing prices) were:

  • Toll CT II Limited Partnership sold 28 River Ridge Ln. to Donald Falkenberg and Anne Skillin for $1,163.967.
  • Robert and Carol Russell sold 15 Hemmelskamp Rd. to Naveen Diviti and Shravanthi Gunti for $725,000 (pictured).
