The Kiwanis Club of Wilton sent along this great picture of one happy Wilton happy family picking out their Halloween pumpkins from the Kiwanis “Pumpkin Patch” at the Wilton Historical Society. Mike and Gigi Leporati, along with their daughters, Jada and Elise, stopped by on Wednesday, Oct. 12 to bring a few pumpkins home. The picture was taken by Kiwanis member Fred Sindel.
Don’t worry, they didn’t buy everything, as our friends at the Kiwanis Club assure us that they have plenty left from which to choose for anyone who hasn’t yet gotten their halloween pumpkins. At the beginning of this week, Kiwanis members said sales have been brisk, even slightly ahead of last year for the same amount of days. The Club has already been able to raise a little over $10,000 from this effort, money that will be donated to support several philanthropic organizations in Wilton.
Be sure to stop by at the Wilton Historical Society, 224 Danbury Rd..
