I will go out of my way for the shaved brussel sprouts salad at Bianco Rosso. I recently saw an online discussion about the kale salad at Village Market–lots of people apparently adore that salad made in-house from a secret recipe. This summer I fell in love with the white gazpacho (pictured) at Bon Appetit Cafe. What dishes from around Wilton’s restaurants and markets would you go out of your way for? Share your favorites with GOOD Morning Wilton readers in the comments.

(BTW, according to Bon Appetit, here’s what’s in their yummy white gazpacho:  grapes, cucumber, garlic, xeres (sherry) vinegar and almonds. mmmmmmmm!)
