Summer is De-Lovely, thanks to the Wilton Children’s Theater Summerstage program, presenting Anything Goes, with music and lyrics by Cole Porter. Forty talented young actors from 6th-10th grade will put on the young performers’ version of Anything Goes at the Clune Center this Thursday, July 11 and Friday, July 12 at 7 p.m..

Director Mary Jo Duffy from Wiremill Academy has been working hard to create an entertaining production, along with choreographer Dodie Pettit and music director Jessica Westerman.

“We are so proud of the children, and how hard they’ve worked for the last three weeks,” say producers Miki Lasher and Christine Baer. “The kids put their heart and soul into these shows and create great friendships along the way.”

Tickets are $12 at the door, cash or check only.

Summerstage is only one part of the year-long programming provided by the Wilton Children’s Theater. The organization puts on a fall and spring show and registration for both has begun. Interested children in grades 4-8 can sign up through Aug. 23 at the Wilton Children’s Theater website.
