Wilton’s real estate market saw six properties change hands last week. According to information sent to the media each week by the town clerk’s office, the homes sales that took place April 29-May 5 were (including address, sale price and photo):
- Gregg and Danielle Montanaro sold 24 Cardinal Ln. to John and Eleni Ouzounidis for $780,000.
- ADZ Home Construction LLC sold 290 Mountain Rd. to James and Andrea Ashley for $1,200,000.
- Nancy Perez sold 15 Greenbriar Ln. to KKCT LLC for $840,000.
- Kevin Sypolt and Janice van Ekeren sold 293 Sturges Ridge Rd. to Dmitri Ponomarev and Yanina Dusheyko for $880,000.
- Brett and Anne Cochran sold 260 Rivergate Dr. to John Sinchak for $720,000.
- Christian Zerilli and Syed Zaffreen sold 294 Cannon Rd. to Raul Rivera, Jr. for $742,000.
