Every week the Wilton town clerk distributes information about the previous week’s real estate transactions. For the week of Aug. 12-18, there were six properties that changed hands. They were, including address, sale price and photo where available:
- The Estate of Albert Nickel sold 91 Glenside to Donna Daigneault and Arthur Scott Jr. for $278,000.
- William and Janice Wilcox sold 32 Bhasking Ridge Rd. to Wojciech and Marta Kruk for $499,000.
- Betsy Gillin (Trustee) and GPS 2003 Realty Trust sold 39 Village Walk to Sara Seamark for $287,500.
- Eric and Claire Craven sold 58 Chessor Ln. to Adam Boal for $1,045,000.
- Patricia Kohler sold 194 Deer Run Rd. to Dylan and Jennifer Spielvogel for $655,000.
- Jason and Danielle Freeman sold 18 Own Home Ave. to Yasmin Santos for $379,000.
