Wilton Police have noticed this grafffiti’d stencil tagged around town. Most notably it was used in one incident recently where the image was spray-painted onto the WHS softball dugout. This tag is on the STOP sign at the 3-way intersection at Drum Hill and Ridgefield Rd. Anyone know anything?
