Wilton saw a summer slowdown in the real estate market, as only one house changed hands last week, according to stats provided by the town clerk’s office. That property was 30 Rivergate Dr. (pictured above), which was sold by Michael Marino and purchased by Nitish and Vaibhavi Pandit, for $780,000.
