Following two weeks of strong home sale numbers, the Wilton real estate market has cooled off significantly. Only three properties traded hands last week, according to data provided by the Wilton town clerk each week to local press. The properties that were sold (including address, sale price and photo) were:

  • Tiffany Soares sold 210 Rivergate Dr. to Steven and Cindy Kahn for $875,000. (main image, above)
  • Denis and Eileen Riney sold 47 Shadow Ln. to Matthew and Jaclyn Gallo for $886,000.

  • David Barry III sold 21 Lee Allen Ln. to Joe Tomas for $350,000. (Photo unavailable)

  1. The graphs in the paper and on this site do not tell the whole story. The houses that sold are very nice looking and seem to be a good value. However it would be interesting to see what they sold for previously and what the town valued the home at for tax purposes. You can’t get a tax adjustment if what you paid is less than the previous assesed value.
