FRIDAY, July 17:  Wilton Police are asking for the public’s help to identify a suspect in a counterfeit cash case. They are looking for information on the subject seen in this photo.

According to police, a white male subject attempted to cash a $100 bill at a local CVS on June 13. The cashier did not accept the currency but took custody of the bill. The $100 bill had the markings, “For Motion Picture Use Only” in the upper right corner of the bill. Other similar bills were found cashed at other local businesses.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Ofc. Eric Patenaude of the Wilton Police Department at 203.834.6260 in reference to case 15-6255.
