There were four land transfers recorded in the town of Wilton during the week of April 10-16, as reported by the town clerk’s office. They were (including street address and sale price):

  • The Burton Kloster estate sold 30 Quail Ridge Rd. to Brian and Sarah Rondeau for $749,000.
  • Gary and Michele Caporizzo sold 260 Catalpa Rd. to Matthew and Katherine Bernardini for $1,350,000 (pictured).
  • Gareth and Raye Forsey sold 55 Dirksen Dr. to Joseph and Peggy Walsh for $900,000.
  • David Fowler sold 158 Hurlbutt St. to Michael and Ashley Scavotto for $690,000.
