The Week at a Glance (May 2-May 8):  On and off rain and rain showers throughout the week will create somewhat soggy conditions, at least through the weekend. Cool temperatures to start the week will warm as the week progresses.

Monday, May 2:  Rain showers that may be accompanied by a few rumbles of thunder throughout the day will bring in milder temperatures, with a high temperature nearing 60.

Tuesday, May 3:  Rain in the morning hours will taper off by the afternoon, with high temperatures just below 60 degrees.

Wednesday, May 4:  Clearing skies and slightly warmer temperatures will create a closer-to-average spring day, with a high in the lower 60’s.

Thursday, May 5:  The potential for more rain showers and a high temperature hovering just above 60 degrees exists on Thursday, meaning that soggy conditions will remain in the area through the late week.

Friday, May 6:  Once again, a high around 60 and some rain showers will ensure that soggy conditions stick around for a bit longer.

Saturday, May 7:  Much like Friday, a high closing in on 60, along with the threat for some rain showers, won’t help things dry out all too much.

Sunday, May 8:  Although some more rain is expected to move into the area, it is increasingly likely that temperatures may reach 70 degrees or higher.
