Only four homes changed hands last week (Oct. 7-13) in Wilton’s real estate week. Of those, two were sold for over $1 million. According to information distributed weekly by Wilton’s town clerk’s office, last week’s land transfers are (including address, sale price and photo, where available):
- Julius and Marie Lazer (trustees, Julius Lazer Revocable Trust and Marie Lazer Revocable Trust) sold 159 Drum Hill Rd. to Victor Vitarelli and Kristin Isaacson, for $1,400,000.
- Michael and Sharon Czegledi sold 12 Gaylord Dr. South to Viktor and Oksana Podolyuk for $430,000.
- Sheila Tudisco sold 92 Silver Spring Rd. to Sai and Valli Ganti for $845,000.
- Justin and Allison Zamparelli sold 319 Mountain Rd. to Zheng Diao and Wenhui Wang for $1,350,000.
