Two properties changed hands last week, according to real estate sale data provided by Wilton’s town clerk. The homes that transferred hands (including addresses, sale price and pictures) were:
- 17 River Ridge Ln., sold by Sandra Effren to Peter Klopfer for $1,205,000. (see image, above)
- 42 Old Highway, sold by Louis Zegna to J&J Contractors LLC and Petrucci Builders for $230,000.
