Cheer on hometown talent featuring student alumni of Wilton High School‘s Freeplay comedy improv troupe, directed by Second City Conservatory alumna and WHS teacher Heather DeLude, as they take the show on the road. They’re staging A Night of Comedy Improvisation at The Factory Underground in Norwalk on Saturday, Aug. 12 at 8-10 p.m..
The night will also feature the Wilton-based Black Tie Affair jazz band, plus the grown-up (sort of) local improv troupe Fairfield of Dreams in a delightful, family-friendly, one-of-a-kind night out that is suitable for all ages.
Factory Underground is a cool, industrial-chic space with the vibe of a comedy club straight out of lower Manhattan–without all the travel. Located around the corner from the Garden Cinema in Norwalk at 16 Isaacs Street, there is no reserved seating, so it’s suggested that ticket buyers arrive early. Tickets cost $20 for adults, and $10 for students, cash only at the door.
