Wilton Children’s Theater Presents “Seussical the Musical”
“Oh the Thinks You Can Think” is what fifty-five of Wilton’s 4th-8th graders are finding out these days! They’re getting ready to bring the world of Dr. Seuss alive as they put on Seussical the Musical with Wilton Children’s Theater March 17-19.
To celebrate, the cast made appearances at Cider Mill, Middlebrook and Miller-Driscoll schools last Thursday, March 2, to celebrate Dr. Seuss’ birthday. As students arrived and got off the bus they were serenaded by the cast with songs from the show.
Their message? The only thing more fun than reading a Dr. Seuss book is seeing a magical musical extravaganza—live, onstage with all your favorite Dr. Seuss characters!
The Cat in the Hat will be the host and Horton the Elephant the guide on a journey that will take audiences from the Jungle of Nool to the Circus McGurkus to the World of the Whos, as a child with a big imagination proves that a “person’s a person no matter how small”.
Seussical celebrates the powers of friendship, loyalty, family and community and is sure to delight everyone.
