The Wilton Historical Society is asking for help to better serve the Wilton community. The organization has launched the 2026 Audience Survey to assist the Historical Society in better understanding its constituents’ current relationship with the museum and how to improve in the future.

The brief survey is confidential, and is open to all members of the public, whether they are longtime members of the museum or have never heard of the Historical Society before. It includes some basic questions that will directly impact the organization over the next several years. Why do you visit? What programs or exhibitions would you like to see? Why is the Historical Society important to you? This feedback will help the museum improve and better serve visitors, program attendees and supporters.

“The survey only takes a few minutes, but will have a huge impact on the organization and the community,” Wilton Historical Society Director Nick Foster said. “We want to make sure we are making decisions that reflect the desires and needs of our audience, and the best way to do that effectively is to hear from everyone directly. We want them to help us help them.”

Visit the Wilton Historical Society survey page via this link to take the survey today.
