Wilton Library and Riverbrook Regional YMCA have linked up for a joint fundraiser, the “Autumn Aces” Golf and Pickleball Classic. The multi-faceted event will be held on Monday, Oct. 7 starting at 11 a.m. at Rolling Hills Country Club and features a golf outing, pickleball tournament, luncheon, cocktails, and dinner.

Officials from both organizations said the prospect of partnering for a fundraiser for the first time was really exciting.

“We are delighted to host our first-ever joint fundraiser with Riverbrook Regional YMCA. It’s a perfect opportunity to gather your friends for a great day out on the course or on the courts,” Wilton Library Executive Director Caroline Mandler said. “This special fundraiser brings together two town organizations for one good cause. All proceeds from this event will be shared evenly and directly support our programs and services that benefit our entire community.” 

“We are ecstatic to partner with Wilton Library in bringing back a golf fundraiser to the Y, as well as pickleball which allows our community to have a fun day while rallying support for our organizations to serve families and our neighbors,” Riverbrook Regional YMCA CEO Christene Freedman said. “We sincerely thank all of our partners and sponsors. Their generosity makes the work we do come alive.” 

The event promises to be a lively day at Rolling Hills Country Club with spirited competitions, a wine pull, silent auction, swag, and more.

Tickets are now available for purchase online, or by contacting Suzanne Verrilli (203.762.6321) or Jarred Barnes (203.762.8384, ext. 279). Guests may choose from the following ticket packages:

  • Golf foursomes are $1,500 and include a round of golf with carts, lunch, cocktails, and dinner for four players
  • Pickleball pairs are $550 and include pickleball, lunch, cocktails, and dinner for two players
  • Individual dinner tickets are available for $125 per person and include the cocktail hour and celebration dinner.

All attendees must be 21 years of age or older. In case of inclement weather, the rain date is Tuesday, Oct. 15.
