For the 2025 Wilton Municipal Elections, GOOD Morning Wilton asked all candidates to submit a 150-word bio; candidates running for the Boards of Selectmen, Finance and Education and the Planning and Zoning Commission were asked to sit for a video interview and submit an 800-word op-ed. Candidate Submitted Bio
Tony Iorfino is running for the Zoning Board of Appeals to bring analytical thinking, community commitment and a thoughtful approach to Wilton’s future development.
A 22-year Wilton resident, Tony and his wife raised their two children here and are proud to call the town home.
Tony earned his undergraduate degree from Columbia University and a graduate certificate in financial risk management from UConn. He spent his career as a high-yield bond analyst and later in energy consulting, developing strong skills in research, regulation and financial strategy. He’s currently pursuing a bookkeeping certification and studying Python to deepen his investment analysis work.
Active in the Wilton Democratic Town Committee, Tony is running to give back to the community that welcomed his family. He believes responsible development and a balanced tax base are key to Wilton’s long-term sustainability and is committed to bringing practical, well-informed problem-solving to the ZBA.
