- The Marjorie W. Hands House at 63 Cannon Rd. in the Cannondale Historic District
- The property known historically as the Thomas Seymour House at 871 Ridgefield Rd. dates back to approximately 1830 and represents the style of many homes built during the Colonial Revival period circa 19th century.
