‘Tis the season…for real estate sales to slow down. There were only three property transfers recorded in Wilton last week. They were:
- Priscilla Harvey sold 39 Cedar Rd. to Christian and Katherine Upright for $435,000.
- Janie French executed a quit claim for 95 Cheese Spring Rd. to William French for $250,000.
- Neil and Sarah Andrew sold 7 Hemmelskamp Rd. to Spencer Djeu and Michele Perino for $710,000.
