Each Friday the office of Wilton’s town clerk releases information on the weekly home sales and land transfers recorded in town. For the week of Nov. 12-17, there were four properties that changed hands. Those real estate transactions were, including address, sale price and photo when available:
- Walter and Catherine Loughlin sold 224 Sharp Hill Rd. to Laura Ann Bo Lin Ng (trustee) for May Gik Trust for $800,000.
- Michael Cella sold 7 Briardale Pl. to Jeffrey and Julie Unruh for $1,160,400.
- Wayne and Sandy Chan sold 20 Thistle Ln. to Ji Yang and Chen Xia Li for $638,000.
- Dominick and Joanne Fusco sold 27 Highfield Rd. to Eli and Laura Carreiro for $1,032,000.
