Wilton’s real estate market perked up a bit right before the Memorial Day long weekend. According to information provided each week by the Wilton town clerk’s office, there were seven homes sold during the week of May 15-21. Below is the address and price of each property that was sold:
- The Ruth Wolfe Revocable Trust and the Leonard Wolfe Revocable Trust sold 186 Sturges Ridge Rd. to Agnieszka and Zrigniew Gosiewski for $845,000.
- Andrew and Patricia Hoffman sold 13 Kensett Ave. to Daniel and Wannarawee Stein for $425,000.
- John Gunn and Clarice Albright sold 85 Wild Duck Rd. to Scott and Karen Fischer for $1,041,500.
- Kevin and Beth McGrath sold 82 Buckingham Ridge Rd. to Michael and Melissa Soccio for $2,225,000 (main photo).
- Marcelle Soviero sold 27 Grumman Hill Rd. to Soyon and Soo Yong Yun for $540,000.
- Susan Schaefer sold 305 Thayer Pond Rd. to Kathryn Gregory and Lawrence Paxton for $950,000.
