Each week the Wilton Town Clerk‘s office distributes property transfer information to the media. For the week of Feb. 12-18, there were two homes that were sold. They are (including address and sale price):
- Susan Gross sold 53 Wilton Crest to Robert and Gail Hiestand for $400,000.
- Michael Biondo and Catherine Sheridan sold 78 Old Kings Highway to Lajos Csery and Elizabeth Wampetich for $480,000.
