- Kjell Wendell sold 63 Old Highway to Sean McNamara and Angela Broccoli for $540,000.
- James and Karen Kauffeld sold 220 Nod Hill Rd. to Candice and Hermann Behrens for $900,000.
- Stephen and Catherine Georgallas sold 22 Wilton Hunt to Dane and Jennifer Knudsen for $875,000.
- Kenneth and Patricia Sylvia sold 27 Woodland Pl. to Marcin Wielgoszewski and Tricia Nardiello for $868,000.
- Mark and Jacquelyn Emerick sold 275 New Canaan Rd. to Matthew Bezanson for $613,000.
- Ryan and Jennifer Panoli sold 46 Sunset Pass to John and Tracey Llewellyn for $630,000.
