At $2.375 million, 66 Drum Hill Road was the highest selling property during the last two weeks of 2021

Each week the Wilton Town Clerk’s office releases data for the prior week’s real estate transactions. After a pause in reporting from the Town Clerk’s office, GOOD Morning Wilton is rounding up the real estate transfers for the last two weeks of 2021.

For the two-week period from Dec. 15-31, 2021, Town Clerk Lori Kaback reported eight residential properties transferred to new owners.

From a price standpoint, one property stood out: 66 Drum Hill Rd., which sold for $2.375 million. The remaining seven properties were all under $1 million.

The most affordable property was a condominium which sold for $389,000.
