216 Belden Hill Road: Michael P. and Sarah E. Hund to Beau Whitten Snarr and Erin O’Connor, for $705,000

The 2.74-acre property, also known as Lollipop Farm, has an interesting history. According to Robert Russell‘s book, Wilton, Connecticut: Three Centuries of People, Places and Progress, “Jehiel G. Rockwell had a carriage manufactory in the 1850s at [the property], later converted into a cider mill” which the author says were commonplace at the time.

The farmhouse on the property was built in 1810. The property also has a pool, cabana and a barn, which houses an office, tack room and three stalls.

36 Quail Ridge Road: Kevin and Robynne Quinn to Shawn and Katelin Fleming, for $748,000

30 Wilton Crest: Fran Wasserman (EST) to Rui Cheng and Ye Huang, for $419,000
