Each week the Wilton Town Clerk’s office releases data for the prior week’s real estate transactions. From Thursday, June 11 through Thursday, June 18, 2026, Town Clerk Lori Kaback reported 16 properties that changed hands, including one reported on last week’s land transfer report (GMW did not include it here).

Key Highlight: Fifteen residential properties changed hands this week, including the historic Skunk Ln. farm house previously owned by Netflix screenwriter, Jayson Rothwell (“Polar”) and his wife, interior designer, Michelle Rothwell. Also on the list of transfers is a property on Arrowhead Rd. that was part of ASML’s approved application to build an emergency access driveway to its campus.
